The end of June it s time for haymaking. The grass should be in bloom, and the grass shoots and spikes come in can be cut. The right time depends on various conditions. It is best to make hay with sunny, windy and dry weather, when it rains wet mold can occur. Because of these fungi toxins can end up in the hay.
