From Loreleyblick Maria Ruh, I look down on the majestic Rhine, which winds its way through the countryside in gentle arcs. The Rhine bend reveals its beauty in all its splendour, as if it were an artistically cut gemstone created by nature itself.
The Loreley harbour on the banks glows in warm colours, as if the sun's rays are capturing the vibrant energy of the river and transferring it to the harbour life. To the right rises the imposing Loreley Rock, a landmark of timeless grandeur. Its striking silhouette rises proudly into the sky and tells stories of legends and centuries of past adventures on the Rhine.
This panorama is more than just a view of a picturesque landscape; it is a journey through history. Here, in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site, tradition and nature merge into a harmonious dance. St. Goarshausen, a charming spot in Rhineland-Palatinate, anchors the scenery in the present and gives this place a lively, authentic atmosphere.
