Portraits in AI generated art are basically of non-existent people, composed of his experience with the many faces it has been trained on. An exception to this are celebrities, who can be known by name and pictured as such.
Now both the internet and 2,000 years of art are full of faces of young, attractive people, so the different AIs tend to generate the same, average, young face over and over again - it soon gets boring. My passion is to show the age and experience of the older generation through portraits.
