The Art Heroes production process has been carefully designed to ensure that each artwork the visual artists create is of the highest quality and made with tremendous care.
At Art Heroes, we don't believe in mass production and stock items; it's all custom-made artworks.
Depending on the size and material you've chosen, the piece will be printed using advanced printing technology.
The Art Heroes production process uses high-quality inks that ensure durability and clear colours.
Each piece is custom-made especially for you, based on your order. This means we don't keep an inventory.
Following the production process, each artwork undergoes a final inspection to ensure that it meets all of our quality requirements. At this point, any imperfections are identified and corrected.
Once your chosen piece has been carefully custom-made, we prepare it for delivery.
Artworks are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. For example, canvases and framed pieces are packaged in protective plastic bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard, while wallpaper and posters are delivered in tubes.
The production team gets to work preparing for dispatch.
It is important to us that your favourite work completely matches your style and interior. Therefore, we offer all works in a range of materials: canvas, wallpaper, ArtFrame and photo prints.

There are many suppliers of art prints. We position ourselves in terms of quality rather than price. A beautiful artwork deserves that little bit extra, so we work with partners for whom quality is paramount. They use the best equipment to produce the most beautiful works. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.
We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.
Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.
A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.
Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.
Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
You can specify a delivery date in advance so that we can schedule the delivery on a more suitable day. Still not at home at the time of delivery? Then the delivery service will try next door or leave a note and an appointment can be made to reschedule. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Deliveries typically take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Once our parcel delivery driver has received all parcels, the final route is determined and you will receive an e-mail the day before with a specific delivery time, as well as a track & trace to follow your parcel.
This is often possible in consultation with the carrier. Please contact us and we can discuss the options.
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange for you to be called before delivery. You will still receive an email from us with the delivery date, an indication of the delivery time and a Track & Trace to follow your parcel.
We have no influence on the carrier's route and delivery times. We can schedule your order at your preferred time, but we cannot guarantee that your order will actually be delivered after a specific time. If you are not at home, the carrier will always try to deliver to your neighbours. If they are not at home either, you will receive a card in your letterbox with which you can schedule a new appointment with the carrier yourself. If you have missed the driver and no note has been left? Let us know and we will deal with this immediately.
Of course, you are free to ship your order abroad yourself. Good to know: do not underestimate the cost of sending large parcels abroad. In addition, most materials are quite fragile.
