I started actively creating art at the beginning of 2025. Although I was very creative as a child, I didn’t pursue it very actively afterwards. As I’d chosen a technical profile at secondary school, the creative activities at school also dried up.
Recently, however, I’ve felt the need to dust off this talent. I’m a Christian and I believe that God has been steering me more and more towards creating art of late. I believe that, as an artist, I can reveal something of God’s beauty in this world. For me, this goes beyond simply creating overtly Christian art. I’m personally fascinated by colours and have recently started experimenting with acrylic pouring. This technique allows the colours to blend together beautifully, but it also means you can’t fully plan the final result in advance. This creates a creative process that I thoroughly enjoy.
