Hello,

I'm Anita Martin, AnnaPileaPhotography. I was born in 1967 and live in a village near Maastricht.

I started photographing in early 2016. Photography I taught myself by reading a lot, googling and looking at pictures of other photographers: What is it that makes the photo so good, what attracts in the photo and what does the photographer want to show in this photo.

Modern architecture photography and fine art landscape photography in particular have gradually started to attract me. This stems from my perfectionism: the clean lines and the orderly minimalistic whole.

Some of the works I place here have been published on the world's largest curation website 1x.com.

Further photography that attracts me are: evening photography: the lines in the objects seem to be even tighter because of the light that decorates the city. Pop concert photography is the next kind of photography that really appeals to me: capturing what made the concert so fascinating while listening to the music, capturing emotions and the tension of dealing with the different light that keeps changing. I have been doing this since January 2018 for a music magazine...

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
