About the artwork

The digital artwork "Catch Utrecht" is an atmospheric tribute by the artist to Roel van den Brink, his first gallery owner, and to the city of Utrecht itself. The image captures a nostalgic yet vivid moment in the Domstraat, where history and personal memory merge. On the right in the composition is a characteristic old Utrecht street lamp, with its ornate metal curls and weathered patina, spreading an intimate light, as if preserving stories of the past.
In the background, a subtle cityscape unfolds: the outlines of some historical buildings on Domstraat are visible, in soft lines and tones that suggest depth without being foregrounded. On closer inspection, the statue of Boniface on horseback can be recognised, almost hidden, as a silent reference to the city's religious and cultural strata. In addition, St John's Church, with its austere but stately silhouette, is partially hidden behind the architecture, adding to the layering of the scene.
Above all this, a characteristic radiant sky stretches out, bright and vivid, with a single cloud floating in the sky like a poetic accent. The light in the scene is warm and inviting, a metaphor for the confidence and support Roel van den Brink gave the artist in his early career. "Catch Utrecht" is thus not only a city portrait, but also a visual letter of gratitude, full of symbolism and personal meaning.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
