2 cows in the evening light

by Marjolein Deelen

Like most of my work, this is just another ordinary camera photo that hasn’t been altered in any way; you can still superimpose them on top of each other!

I’ve loved taking photos for years, and Photoshop – including AI – has been my editing programme of choice for years too. I’ve created a piece using Photoshop! I’ve edited these two photos'using AI! The original photo is still mine – exactly the same, but edited with the second texture photo! For me, this combination makes it possible to achieve what I couldn’t do on my own, and I’m absolutely delighted when I see what I’d envisaged in my head right from the start come to life on the computer!♥
A combination of my own photo's and AI.
As long as you mention that you’re using AI, I’m all for it. I used to be sceptical about it, but I’ve given it a go in Photoshop and I have to say, if you’re willing and put in the effort, it can still be entirely your own creation, even though I can’t hold a paintbrush yet (so to speak)!! By using your own photo's/images and experimenting with text prompts, it can still become the creation you’d already envisaged in your head – because it really is possible! If you’re not content with just a funny picture but want to create a real work of art that you’d envisaged beforehand – and that’s no quick and easy job – then it’s a piece you’ve really put effort into, just in a different way to how it was only a short while ago, and I think we still need to get used to that. That way, using AI is definitely a creation of your own, and the result is and remains unique!♥
