A beautiful Kfir from the Colombian Air Force!
The Israel Aircraft Industries Kfir is an Israeli all-weather multirole fighter based on the French Dassault Mirage 5, with Israeli avionics and an Israel-built version of the General Electric J79 turbojet engine.
The Kfir fighter jets have been the backbone of the Colombian air force since 2011. The aircraft were purchased from the Israeli Air Force. Colombia purchased 24 Kfirs, two of which were lost in accidents. These aircraft were withdrawn from service in early 2022.
