"A square with a round fluff ball in rural colours" is a macro photo of a fluff ball of a Tragopogon (in the Netherlands, this flower is called the morning star). This flower looks a bit like a dandelion. They are also both relatives of the Composite family (Asteraceae). When the flower of this plant has finished flowering, it turns into a ball of fluff, as shown here in the photo. The fluff of this fluff ball does differ from that of a dandelion. The fluff of a Tragopogon has a kind of cobweb-like structure. And to these "spider webs" small water droplets stick beautifully. If you zoom in on this work, you can see this clearly.
The ball of fluff lies on a watery reflective surface so you can vaguely see a small piece of reflection.
I think this work has a rural feel to it. Calm and simple, soft with natural colours.
This work could, for example, hang beautifully as wall decoration in the bedroom, kitchen or simply above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office, waiting room or practice room!
