About the artwork

This is a painting of a road we all recognize. The trees have beautiful fall colors. Here and there there are already some leaves on the road. It has just rained and the sun is gently coming through the trees. This reflects everything and completes the fairytale image. It never really succeeds to get it right on a photo, because before you know it, you are around the corner and everything is different again. It is wonderful to drive along these winding roads by car or motorcycle. It could be a road in the Netherlands, but also in any other country such as Germany with its wooded landscapes.

The colors give the painting a sunny look. Really an eye-catcher where everyone can dream away with their own beautiful memories.

I made the painting with watercolors. Real handiwork! The original is small, but the nice thing about a print is that you can choose any size and material you want.

The painting has been photographed in such a way that the structure of the watercolor paper is still clearly visible. This has the advantage that it looks even more like a real painting, even though it is a print.
