The famous dream beach Anse Source d'Argent on the island of La Digue in the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean! This beach is truly fantastic - uncrowded, lined with picturesque granite rocks, white sandy beach and wonderfully clear turquoise-coloured water. Surgeonfish come right up to the shore and swim between the legs of the marvelling tourists. You can walk hundreds of metres along the granite rocks in the shallow water. A great hike and the further you go, the fewer people there are ...

Anse Source d'Argent - for me one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The Seychelles are an idyllic island nation in the western Indian Ocean. They comprise around 115 islands, only a few of which are inhabited. Only 8 islands are permanently inhabited. The best-known islands are the main island of Mahé, Praslin, La Digue and Silhouette. These belong to the "Inner Islands" and are made of granite. Numerous small coral islands and atolls make up the "Outer Islands". The capital Victoria is located on Mahé.
