Antwerp-Central Station (also called Central Station, Middenstatie or Spoorwegkathedraal by the locals, and generally shortened to Antwerpen-Centraal) is the central station at Koningin Astridplein in Antwerp. From 1873 until the beginning of 2007 it was a head-end station where all trains had to reverse direction. On 23 March 2007 a tunnel with two through tracks was opened under a part of the city and under the station.
