In this artwork I digitally combined 2 paintings by old masters:
The still life in the background is by the Dutch painter Georgius Jacobus Johannes van Os (1782 - 1861). The beautiful lady in the foreground is Ginevra de' Benci, painted in circa 1475-1480 by Leonardo da Vinci.
Da Vinci and van Os, two great masters who lived in different centuries but whose works can be interwoven by modern digital techniques. I continue to find it wondrous and I think the gentlemen themselves would too, if they could look over my shoulder.
