About "Autumn scene at home..."

About the artwork

Autumn, the season to bring the outside in. Creating atmosphere. Warmth, cosiness in the home. Outside, the light fades. Days are getting shorter We therefore make more light in the house, atmospheric light. On the table, on the cupboard, on the wall. Candles and tea lights, for instance. A real autumn table perhaps, crafted with the things we have in the house or find outside. The fallen leaves of tree, for instance.
We sometimes think of days gone by. Of peace, of stillness. We make our own atmosphere, inside. Simple sometimes. Just with what we have. Small desires, small needs. Back to basics. We, at home. Me, home. You, home. Cosy.
This digital creation is based on a photo I took in my makeshift studio. Home, the right basic light and basic ingredients that were in the house. That's how I created the right autumn atmosphere. Little light, back to basics. This creation now exudes expressionism and the atmosphere that old masters once created. Of course, respecting those old masters, I don't come close to their unique works, but close.
Peace, stillness, atmosphere and more.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
