About "Between fabric and colour gradient"

About the artwork

This work shows an abstract close-up of a finely woven fabric with a flowing colour gradient of red, blue and violet. The structure of the material is clearly visible - the fabric appears almost technical, but at the same time soft due to the gentle transitions of the colours. The folding of the fabric creates subtle zones of light and shadow that lend depth and rhythm to the picture. In the blurred areas, soft circles of light are created through targeted depth of field - a photographic stylistic device known as bokeh. It is not used here to depict a subject, but to reduce it to light, colour and structure.

The inspiration for this picture was the interplay between the textile grid and the movement of colour. The aim was to create a visual tension that oscillates between technical precision and atmospheric openness. The atmosphere is calm, but not static - it appears permeable, almost floating.

In the context of abstract photography, the focus is not on the object, but on the creative formal language: grids, colour gradients, folds and blurs. The image conveys a feeling of lightness, structure and visual depth. It is particularly suitable for modern, minimalist or experimental furnishing styles and harmonises with trends such as "digital craft", "soft geometry" or "material awareness".

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
