About "Bleskensgraaf - Nostalgic photo with scaffold mill"

About the artwork

Bleskensgraaf, an idyllic village in the South Holland Alblasserwaard along the river Graafstroom, where life seems to have stood still. The village exudes tranquillity and with the beautiful polder landscape surrounding it, it makes a wonderful place to live or to take a bike ride there.
This nostalgic photo with a view of the tower mill "de Vriendschap" located along the Graafstroom river and dating from 1890 shows a beautiful peaceful place where it is good to be.
The photo was taken early in the morning during a misty morning.
The typical Dutch tower mill along the Graafstroom river is still in use as a corn mill. The photo has a rural look of how things used to be.
Time seems to have stood still in this typically Dutch landscape photo.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
