I borrowed an OLYMPUS OM-D E-M5ii with Olympus 12-40mm 2.8 lens for free on May 6yh 2016 for a weekend. The day after I decided to go to The Zaanse Schans, a windmill and museum park in Noord-Holland province which was the most popular attraction with foreign tourists in the Netherlands last year. After arriving just 15 min before sunset I made some sunset photos. After that I decided to wait till the blue hour kicked in and made this photo of the famous cheese farm. I wasn't the only photographer who was busy there.

Upon arrival at the Catharina Hoeve you can go to a cheese-making presentation, along with tasting the different items and checking out the present store, where you'll discover a wide range of goat, cow and sheep items. Entry and tasting are totally free. Presentations are offered in numerous languages.
