Once upon a time, there was a group of people who were driven by an insatiable desire to climb the heavens. They were fascinated by the idea of overcoming the limits of the earth and exploring the vastness of the sky. But unfortunately, they were so blinded by their own ambition and greed for success that they lost sight of the needs and safety of their fellow human beings. They were willing to sacrifice everything to reach their goal. But the higher they climbed, the more they lost touch with reality. They became selfish and reckless, and their actions had devastating effects on their fellow human beings. Most of them never reached their goal. They were not strong enough to reach the heights of heaven, and so they plunged inexorably into the depths. Their dreams became nightmares and their greed became their undoing.
A few actually managed to reach heaven. But when they got up there, they realised that they were alone. They had left their fellow human beings behind and were now trapped in a lonely and empty world. The heaven they had so aspired to was not the paradise they had expected. This story serves to remind us that it is important to pursue our goals wisely, not neglecting the needs and safety of our fellow human beings. Heaven may be tempting, but it is the community and togetherness that truly fulfils us.
