About ‘Chiemsee’ by Erik Buitenhuis

Lake Chiemsee in Bavaria, with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel. Beautiful sky, reflected in the lake. I usually just drive past it, often on the motorway on my way to Inzell or Weissensee, but a few years ago I spent a couple of days there and it was definitely worth it.

The photo exudes a sense of tranquillity. It was a lovely day.

I’m an amateur but enjoy sharing my work with others, for a small fee (the vast majority of the costs are for materials and processing).
