Over 60% of the D models sold were Citroen IDs.
The difference: lower prices and simpler interiors. But almost everything that the DS models had, the ID models also had a few years later. What the ID didn't have during its 20-year production period, however, was the Pallas equipment and the wide range of colours available on the DS.
