About the artwork

There’s something oddly captivating about the way water scatters off stone. It’s not the kind of moment people usually stop for, but when frozen in a frame like this, it becomes its own quiet event. The detail in the spray is what really draws the eye—it’s a burst of suspended motion that contrasts with the permanence of the carved stone base. You can see the texture clearly, both in the droplets and in the worn surface they bounce from. There’s a sense of rhythm here, even without sound. The background, softly blurred and patterned, doesn’t try to steal attention. It lets the droplets do all the talking. The light helps too—gentle enough to make the image feel calm, but just strong enough to highlight each tiny splash. This isn’t a grand view or a dramatic scene, but it’s full of subtle tension. The old fountain doesn’t need to move to feel alive. You get the sense that this could be happening all day long—and you’d still miss it unless you looked closely.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
