About ‘Dare to square’ by Zwali art

'Dare to square' is a favourite of mine. It is the fifth creation I have offered on 'Work on the wall'.

This creation shows a complex abstract field, with small concrete symbols, such as a church, a crown, an eye and a feather.

The original was made on A3 paper, with a roller pen, with subsequent digital post-processing in procreate.

The rectangular centre draws all the attention. There you can see 2 large round shapes with a smaller round shape in between. For me, this represents my own family with wife and daughter, where within this rectangle we create a beautiful interwoven shape.

In our own little world of our family, things are good, with lots of dynamics outside this world.

A fierce drawing that takes some courage to purchase and hang up. In any case, it suddenly turns an empty wall into something very exciting. In short: 'Dare to square'.

Zwali (Jeroen Zwaal - 1974) ) is a Dutch artist who uses various styles, developing a black-and-white style in recent years that is characterised by complex forms of expression that also contain simplicity and order.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
