Standing at Reynisfjara beach in southern Iceland, you have a beautiful view of the arch rock Dyrholaey. The waves washing onto the beach contrast sharply with the jet-black volcanic sand and pebbles that make up the beach. Sitting on the beach, with no sound other than that of the rushing wind, the crashing waves, and the occasional squawk of a kittiwake. Absorbed in your surroundings, it is easy to forget time and not feel the cold.
