About the artwork

This painting presents a fascinating underwater world that transports the viewer into a surreal and dreamy scenery. In the centre of the painting lies a violet-coloured man sleeping on the seabed. His muscular body radiates calm and peace, while he is crowned by a mop of purple hair.

Behind him is a reclining, naked woman with red hair who is also asleep and seems to have half-sunk into the seabed. It is as if she has been rooted in this environment for a long time. The rays of light penetrating from above direct the viewer's gaze to these two sleeping figures and create a magical atmosphere.

In the background, shoals of fish stretch out and at the same time there are branches on which birds perch. This enigmatic combination of elements reinforces the surreal character of the painting and stimulates the imagination.

The rocky walls of the seabed are in deep blue tones, creating a sense of depth and mystery. Light and shadow play on the rocks the seabed and give the underwater world a special dynamic.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
