Denali, once called Mount McKinley, is the highest mountain in North America. Located in south central Alaska, the top of the mountain is 6190 feet above sea level, making it also the third highest of the Seven Summits - the highest mountains on each of the seven continents - after Mount Everest in Nepal and Aconcagua in Argentina.
