This abstract painting, in the colours: blue, orange, pink, yellow and green, is part of a series. I like series because it keeps me in the same creative flow. It is a monotype, a one-off print. This makes each print unique, it cannot be repeated. During this creative process, I am guided by the elements already present and my feelings. Here in the print, I have continued to work with pastel chalk and India ink. Only when the work is finished do I give it a name. In this case, 'Der Blauwe Reiter'.
