About ‘Dolomites - Rowing boats on Lake Braies’ by Thomas Bugdoll

Lake Braies is located a few kilometres south of Alta Pusteria between Brunico and Dobbiaco in the Braies Dolomites in the heart of the Fannes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park in South Tyrol. Lake Braies is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the Dolomites. Surrounded by high rock massifs and dominated by the 2810 metre-high Seekofel, it is perhaps even the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites. The lake itself lies at an altitude of 1494 metres and is 31 hectares in size. Its maximum depth is 36 metres. The Dolomites High Trail no. 1 begins at Lake Braies.

The marvellous landscape offers wonderful photo opportunities all day long (and all year round). This photo was taken early in the morning. The lake is still quiet, the tourists don't arrive until later. Now, shortly after sunrise, the water is calm. The mountains, the old boathouse and the boats are beautifully reflected on the surface of the water.
The perfect time for a little photo shoot!

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
