It is lovely early in the morning on the great silent moors. The sun is not yet up, a layer of mist hangs over the blooming moors. It is August and the beginning of a day that will be warm. My day begins quietly at the purple splendour around a lone rowan tree dreamily spreading its jagged branches above the moor. The sky is blue, a light orange streak above the horizon betraying that the sun is on its way.
