About "Euphorbia regis-jubae in the wasteland of Gran Canaria in black and white"

About the artwork

Euphorbia regis-jubae is a very drought-resistant succulent plant with normally small blue-green succulent-like leaves and once a year, after winter, small yellow waxy flowers. A plant of extreme conditions, it grows on the Canary Islands of Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzerote, in real drought zones, as well as in Morocco, and in the western part of the Sahara desert. Short time of year beautiful waxy and leathery small leaves, and even shorter the bright yellow blooms, after which, when fertilised by bees or the wind, small seed pods appear awaiting dispersal to a spot of good luck. The plants remain small and bushy, can grow very woody and old. Their dense branch structure makes them an ideal shelter for the many vulnerable animals living in this extreme world. Their typical growth habit makes a special contribution to the plant image of desert conditions, often growing together with cacti and other succulents, all adapted to the extreme desert climate.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
