In this work, you see a lone white farmhouse with a red roof, tucked away at the foot of an imposing mountainside. The landscape is dominated by rugged rocks and soft, golden-yellow grass slopes, while above it all shines a clear blue sky. Here, man seems only a humble guest in a world that has been untouched for centuries.
My inspiration came from the power of contrast: the insignificance of human presence versus the overwhelming grandeur of nature. This place exudes silence, space and an almost timeless tranquillity, a reminder that we are part of a greater whole.
The atmosphere is serene, but also powerful. The mountain bears the weight of centuries, while the farm stands humbly in its shadow. The sculpture invites us to slow down, to dwell on the beauty of simplicity and respect for the nature around us.
The message I want to convey: real wealth is not in abundance, but in being able to live with and in nature, unhurried and balanced.
