The painting depicts a screaming person in an abstract manner. The person grabs his head with his hands out of desperation. The colors flowing into each other in the area of the mouth describe the complexity of the emotions that were pent up until they came gushing out. And that's where the painting picks up. A scream. The scream that makes everything erupt. The negative feeling, what thereby arises with the viewer, stands however in the conflict with the bright, bright colors, like red, pink or yellow. The question can be asked whether the breaking out of the feelings is perhaps also a positive relief. This thought is also compatible with the title of the painting "Finally I can break out". Thus, the painting can remind the viewer how relieving it can be to let out difficult emotions instead of repressing them. To illustrate the intensity of the situation and create dynamism, a brush was used to work rather roughly. The colors have no clear lines and partially overlap. The whole thing was "roughened" a bit more with grainy texture paste. Last but not least, the white lines liven up the whole scene.
