About the artwork
In the painting are primarily abstract color patterns. Colors that blur into each other, but also detailed places, which is highlighted by the darker or lighter color. Once the image is viewed holistically, no a woman's body in the patterns reininterpretiert. This has been at least by me when painting so in focus. Other interpretations are of course always welcome and for me also interesting! Different associations reveal much about the viewer.
The special structure gets the image by it was painted with many different techniques. First, I mixed paint with water and then let the whole flow over the image - the body shapes emerge. Then came different brush sizes, which bring out more and more detail from the body. Just as a person also grows. A palette knife was also used to give the background more structure. The beautiful curves of the woman's body become visible.
With the colors I have made me this time only a few thoughts, but rather in the process come to me, which feel right for me.
