This is the first painting from my autumn series. The colors literally scream for autumn, October and the colorful trees.
In an abstract way, the transience of the leaves but also the eternal cycle of the seasons is represented here. The moment when the leaves begin to change color and the trees become a motley landscape. In the picture you can literally see a movement to the right, which represents the leaves that are blown away by the wind.
The warm colors, such as red, orange and yellow, create a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, like outside on a sunny autumn day. This can also give the living room wall an autumn feel.
Autumn is in addition still my favorite season, because everything becomes too beautiful colorful before the living creatures retreat to the silent hibernation and also more calm falls over the people.
To symbolize this movement, I worked with a coarse brush. First, however, it was important to me to emphasize the center of the flowing movement by applying a grainy texture paste before the paint. At the end, golden paint was dabbed on for a few special highlights.
