About ‘Fisher Towers, Moab, Utah, America’ by Henk Meijer Photography
Fisher Towers is the name of a group of three tall, sandstone monoliths directly north of the town of Moab, in the state of Utah. The red-brown rock that makes up the monoliths was formed in two different geological eras. The upper, darkest part belongs to the Triassic Moenkopi Formation, and is about 245 million years old.
