About "Foggy mountain forest in the Dolomites"

About the artwork

A quiet, subdued image of a coniferous forest slowly disappearing in the morning mist. I took this picture on a cold, still morning, when the forest looked almost dreamy. The trees form soft layers in shades of blue-grey, giving the image an almost minimalist feel without feeling chilly.

What appeals to me about this is the tranquillity it exudes. No distractions, just nature and silence. It's one of those moments when you are momentarily absorbed in your surroundings, something I try to capture in my work. This picture fits perfectly in an interior where calmness and simplicity are important.

The cool tones create a relaxed look and literally bring some breathing space into the room. For me, this is a reminder of the power of simplicity and the beauty of misty mornings in the mountains. An image for those who love nature, tranquillity and a touch of mystery.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
