I took this photo in the Leuvenum forest in the municipality of Ermelo in the Veluwe. As you can see, it was misty when I took this photo even though it had just turned noon, the morning itself started beautifully sunny with blue sky. It was also winter when I took this photo. I took this photo out of hand so I set the iso higher than I normally do. This part of the Leuvenum forest contains mostly beech trees that are mainly planted. The dirt road with cycle path what you see is the Polish road what runs through the forest. The cycle path is asphalted, not really natural but for a recreational touring cyclist it is nice. This forest on the Veluwe is owned by Natuurmonumenten; the Veluwe itself is larger than this piece of forest.
