Climbing hydrangeas have beautiful garlands of flowers that stay in place all winter. Photographed with backlighting, you can see the warm colours and the veins of the petals. Here I used the hydrangea as a frame. The robin, like a 'ball' through the cold, is surrounded by the frame of the faded flowers of the climbing hydrangea.
