I painted this watercolor painting of France as an ode to this wonderful country where I like to camp.
France is a beloved country for the Dutch to celebrate their summer vacation. Mostly at the campsite or in the beautiful hotels on the Côte d'Azur. I have discovered France quite well over the years and I thought it would be nice to paint a colorful watercolor of it.
The artwork is painted in watercolor with both the wet-on-dry and the wet-on-wet technique on a 300 gram watercolor paper. I provided this map of France with the country name and the names of all Provinces.

I did the painting of this card by feeling. The work has therefore become an expressionist work of art. I did, however, take little account of the use of color at the coastlines and inland.
The coastline has an azure color and the interior a mix of yellow, green, red and brown tones.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
