About ‘Go with the Flow, 1’ by Margriet Snaterse

A turtle can swim across entire oceans without losing too much energy. How is that possible? He uses the currents that are present in the oceans. In the same way, we can also use the currents that are present. Tune in to your own desires and this energy will help you to move forward easily. If I do something that I genuinely like, find interesting and important, then the universe will help me to achieve this. If I do something to get my way, to prove myself or to manipulate someone, this will cost a lot of energy. Of course, it does cost energy to investigate it first. Dive deep into yourself and be honest. Follow the energy that drives you and go for it. Keep the faith that everything will be fine. The original painting is 170 by 85 cm, linen on a wooden frame. It is painted with self-made acrylic paint from pigments. The painting lends itself to being enlarged because of the many beautiful details.

I was born in 1967 and lost my hair at the age of 3. From 4 to 21 I wore a wig, but not since then. After high school I attended the art academy in Rotterdam and graduated in 1991. After that I worked in the social sector for 21 years, until 2012. In that year I became a full-time artist with a focus on street art and art in public space. In my studio I develop my free art and sell it here.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
