"Good morning Morning Star! Fluff on a Tragopogon" is a macro photo of part of the fluffy bulb of a Tragopogon. This plant/flower is also called Morgenster in the Netherlands. Like the dandelion, a Morgenster belongs to the Composite family. When the flower has finished flowering, a beautiful ball of fluff arises. As you can see in this photo, the fluff of the Morning Star has a different structure to that of the Dandelion.
When taking this photo, I chose a very shallow depth of field, so only a very small area is in focus. If you zoom in, you can see this clearly. This gives the work a dreamy atmosphere and creates depth in the work.
This work could hang beautifully as wall decoration in, for example, the bedroom, dining room, hallway or simply above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!
