About the artwork

This image is about tension and space—how one figure moves through an environment that feels more like a set piece than a real location. Viewed from above, the man’s presence is dwarfed by the stark geometry surrounding him. The composition is strict and almost abstract, with sharp contrasts between light and dark areas creating strong visual divisions.

What’s striking is how much empty space the subject is given. The polished floor acts as a stage, while the black architectural elements press in from the edges like a looming presence. This minimal palette and high contrast push the eye directly to the moving figure, whose posture adds a sense of quiet purpose.

Light isn’t used to reveal detail here—it’s used to sculpt shape and scale. Every surface reflects just enough to define its texture without stealing focus from the human element.

I remember standing above, waiting for the exact stride that made him look like he was walking through a painting.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
