Translated from English-Y Garn is a mountain in Snowdonia, North Wales, part of the Glyderau. It is one of the Welsh 3000's - the 15 peaks in Wales over 3,000 feet high. It is the tenth highest mountain in Wales. From October to May, moderate snow accumulations can occur on the west slope of the mountain.
