The Hierdensebeek or Leuvenumsebeek is a creek, named after the estate Leuvenum where the stream flows. It rises in the Uddelermeer, a lake near the city of Uddel, where the creek is called the Staverdense Beek. North of the estate it is called the Hierdense Beek. Where the stream flows through the Leuvenumsebos (the woods of Leuvenum) a beautiful pattern is created in the landscape.
