The desert sand has already heavily worked the interior of this house in the ghost town of Kolmanskop in Namibia. The door is loose in the metre-high sand. The famous village is near Lüderitz and in the so-called Sperrgebiet, a vast area that cannot be entered because of diamond mines. Kolmanskop has been abandoned since 1958 and is slowly being taken over by the desert sands.
