About "I am Nature!"

About the artwork

Nature is the source of everything.
Every product, design and idea finds its origin in nature.
Nature can be seen everywhere in Mariëlle's work as a photographer and designer. It is important to show and teach about the need to preserve nature.

We need to learn to live with nature again. After all... we are nature!

To emphasise the importance of nature conservation, we need to recognise that we ourselves are nature. We are directly connected to it. Any damage done to nature is damage to ourselves. We cannot live without nature and we must stop thinking we are better. Children think differently; they are our future and the future of our world. That is why I have chosen children as an example.

I am Nature! is a series of photographic works.

The techniques I used to make these photographs:
I photographed portraits of children, boys and girls of different ages. I also photographed various themes in nature. From some of the photos, I made repeats. Then I projected the nature photos onto the children's portraits and intertwined them, resulting in one whole. I am Nature!

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
