The Boeing 767 is a twin-engine widebody jet airliner from the American aircraft manufacturer Boeing. The aircraft was developed together with the Boeing 757 so that pilots and maintenance personnel could quickly work with both aircraft. The Boeing 767-200 was introduced in 1978, and production began in 1982. It was followed by the extended versions 767-300 (1986) and 767-400.
