On the lands of Oudenhoorn, where nature reinvents itself every year in spring, the tulips bloom in their full glory.
In the month of April, I always go in search of that one moment: the moment when the field full of yellow and red tulips is in bloom and radiates an irresistible energy.
This is such'a moment. When I grab my camera and step out into the field, I am surrounded by a sea of colours that make me happy. Every time.
The smell, the colours, the freedom of this cheerfully coloured vast landscape, it is pure Dutch peasant pride.
This photo is my attempt to capture that feeling, a piece of my experience that I love to share with you.
I played with the depth of focus and my point of view to get the focus on the feeling of infinity.
