"Impermanence: Panorama of three lanterns together" is a photograph of three lanterns of the lantern plant that are already almost consumed. Each of these three lanterns is at a different stage of decay. The skeleton of the veins can be seen beautifully as a result. The reflection of the lanterns can be seen on the grey-silver beige ground. Among other things, the soft light natural colours give this part a peaceful look, despite the warm orange colour. The lantern on the right still has a large part of its "skin". This gives it a warm, expressive look (and is also reflected in the berry of the middle lantern and in the skin of the left one).
The colours remind me of some old-fashioned (vintage) colours and autumn: brown (beige, taupe) and orange are the most common colours in the picture.
If you zoom in on the work and look at the lanterns, you can nicely see the texture that comes out beautifully in the light.
This work could, for example, hang beautifully as wall decoration in the waiting room, bedroom, hallway or simply above the sofa! Also of course beautiful on the wall in a meeting room or waiting room (business)
