About "Lonely tree in the misty Alps | Landscape photography"

About the artwork

While travelling the breathtaking Großglockner Hochalpenstraße in Austria, I made this serene image. In the foreground, you can see a coniferous tree reaching proudly and silently upwards. Its delicate branches stand out sharply against the soft, almost dreamlike background. Behind the tree, the mighty Alpine peaks emerge only vaguely, shrouded in a veil of clouds and mist. The contrast between the detailed tree and the fading mountains creates a sense of tranquillity and endlessness - as if nature itself is briefly holding its breath.

What fascinates me about this work is its simplicity: one tree, one mountain, but so many layers of atmosphere. The minimalist nature makes you discover something new all the time, depending on how the light falls in the space.

This artwork looks great in a modern living room, a bright bedroom or a minimalist work space. It invites stillness and offers a calm counterpoint to a busy daily life. In a hall or entrance hall, too, this work can make a powerful statement: a first glance that immediately evokes tranquillity and beauty.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
